We meet with you to discuss your plans and can arrange a meeting with one of our architects. Once the the plans are complete, we handle all the necessary building regulations and planning applications with the local building authorities and council planners.

Wrap around house extension, three story side elevation, loft conversion with master bedroom and en-suite bathroom and ground floor rear extension.

A new skin is built around the side and across the back of the property.

A huge steel beam is in place to support the existing rear of the building.

The existing external walls are left intact until the new external wall, roof, doors and windows are fitted making the property water tight. Then the internal walls are removed and the internal works are carried out and the finish applied.
